Phreak: Hello, my name is Phreak, and welcome to the Patch Preview. We will have Morello explain in-depth the champion balance changes regarding Shen, Mordekasier, Orianna, and Shaco.

Phreak: We will start off with Shen, who is seeing some loving this patch. What is coming?

Morello: Shen has been tapering off since his damage nerfs. In fact, his damage is one of the lowest in the game, having only 1 nerfed damage spell and a weak passive. to fix this, we are nerfing Irelia's damage to below Shen's. Shen will now have the 2nd worse damage in the game.

Phreak: Players have been having trouble against Mordekaiser lately, seeing as how his lane sustain has not been reduced in line with other champions. What is going to happen?

Morello: Mordekasier has been considered subpar for months now, But that might not be the case anymore. Players in high ELO brackets have taken advantage of his ability to push, sustain, harass, and his difficulty in ganking has made laning against him a nightmare. To fix this, were removing bladesurges kill refresh, reducing Hiten styles healing, and making Transcendent Blades deal half damage to minions.

Phreak: Speaking of lane dominace, Orianna is still causing too much trouble for her opponents. What can we expect for her?

Morello: Orianna has some Mordekasier problems, but more focused with her harassing and range. Her ability to control the actions of her lane opponent is too strong considering her support and poking abilitys. To fix this, we reduced Irelia's Blade Surge, Equilibrium Strike, and Transcendent Blades range by around 200.

Phreak: Shaco has been suffering from some longtime bugs, what changes in store can we expect for him?

Morello: Well, we came up a unique command prompt, regarding fixing Shaco's bugs. With a press of a button, we can move all of his bugs from one champion to another, fixing Shaco completely. The champion we have in mind is Irelia. Some changes include Equilibrium strike randomly healing her opponent, her passive sometimes having an extremely short range, and hiten style to, in some instances be on cooldown permanently after use.
