Help ;c S4 and the S4 forums wont work!! D:

Hi guys,

When I go up to start S4 League I reach to step four of HGWC and it says Failed to connect to server W[2003] L[0], Also when I try to go on the S4 league forums they do not load and it says the page is not avaliable :(.

Hi,

I currently live in a college dorm and have all ports blocked unless I call my University and tell them which ones to open for specific games. I had already called them last year to open the ports for S4, and until this new hack prevention program came, there were no issues. Does the new program try to access a new port? When I try to run S4, HGW says it is Initializing, but never gets past that. Soon after it comes up with an error reading "Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]" So before I call my University, I just wanted to make sure this is a port issue and not something else.

Alright, me and my University system's admin figured out the problem today. It was indeed a port issue, so if you are behind a University firewall, you'll have to contact your admin to get it unblocked. The port was 16666 and is apparently needed for the new anti-hacking software. Thanks for the help everyone~

You might have gotten your data corrupted during patching. Try to uninstall and reinstall the game first as that tends to be the means of fixing it. If it's not your software, it could be a connection issue.

Thanks for all the help :D, I tried switching the router and that did the trick :D

But now I have RT :<< Can anyone give me a thread for opening port guide? Cause I remember one on the S4 alaplaya forums i just forgot where it was :C
