hack trial banned

so i've gotten banned from this like.. 3 times?

i sent in a ticket the second time it happened but i got some shitty alaplaya response per usual :

You get hacking trial error because you use 3rd party tools.
Try to reinstall S4 League
Also which is important. Before you enter into S4 League click on task manager and close all 3rd party processes .
Leave only windows processes left!
After closing processes you might find which process causes you this error. Which means that process is an illegal program.

I am just throwing out a guess, it could be your anti virus that causes hack trial? idk

or..... doesn't removing HGWC file from S4 league folder remove hack trial...if I remember correctly lol

I think you remove it when you're at the login screen

I've had this happen once, I had xfire on and haven't used xfire ever again, luckily it was on a random rookie account so I could care less. It could have been something other than xfire but the only thing I run in the background is Steam and Msn.

Here's my theory.

Hack trial seems to trigger on a certain pattern of packets being sent to the server. This pattern, however, can naturally occur. The rate of which it naturally occurs varies with connections, likely between the client and the server and not between clients. Using your situation as an example, it seems that the rate of natural occurrence is within some margin of error that was deemed acceptable by Alaplaya.

In other words, your SoL and Alaplaya doesn't care.

This reminds me when I reset my old router I try to go on s4 and will always get hacking trial then I basically have to relog.. fun stuff really
