I just installed BitDefender 2011 to protect my computer. But now for some strange reason x-trap keeps giving me this error. I don't want to disable this antivirus as i have enough problems with my pc. Any other options?

Temporarily pausing your protection as X-Trap loads should get you passed it. Hope that helps!

Depending on your machine, running s4league as admin could pose as a solution, but no real promises. If that fails to set astray your problem, then you might want to get better anti-virus, where you can arrange which programs be allowed to run and which ones be blocked.

The POS AV should have a whitelist - add S4 League into it.

I had Bitdefender 2010 for awhile, and made a little guide on how to configure it to allow S4 League, you can find it here: http://en.alaplaya.n...us-t177321.html

Bitdefender 2011 is likely nearly the same as 2010, so that guide should help you out.

x-Trap fails much. There are still hackers.
And I hate when x-Trap says that my Livestream recorder is a hack QQ
Geez why u unnistalled ur anti-virus. You can go to exceptions of antivirus and try make x-Trap change it mind.

Delete the HGW and X-Trap folder in the S4 League map.
After you done that, boot Windows into safe mode with networking.

To do this, go to start and type in msconfig (msconfig.exe)
Go to the boot tab and select "boot in safe mode" with networking. (boot tab is called boot.ini in XP)
Click apply and restart the computer. Now try to launch S4 League, trying to get past the HGWC/X-Trap phase.
After it is past there, you will likely get an error because there's no sound or GPU drivers running.
You can go back into a normal boot by going to msconfig, turning down safeboot again. You will have to restart the computer again.

If you did get past X-Trap this way, then it either is a bad driver or software causing this problem.
Go back into msconfig and find the start up tab. Close down all the programs you don't need when starting up Windows, but leave Bitdefender on.
Restart the computer and try to launch S4 again.

If you still can't get past X-Trap, then it really is either Bitdefender or a bad driver causing this issue.
I assume you played S4 before, so it pretty much is Bitdefender being the bad guy at this point.

I vaguely remember Bitdefender 2010 having an option to disable, allow or fully allow any connections to your network adapter. I don't know if they kept it in 2011, but you should check your firewall and homenetwork tabs for any additional options regarding incoming/outcoming connections.

oh oh, I see you are using a wireless net. Did you try launching S4 with a wired one?
It's likely that your wireless net is unstable, which is causing you to lose connection.

Guess that's it then, I've tried everything in the book. Now all i have left are memories of the best and only mmo I'll ever play, and sound effects from the game. Good bye S5. Another dream dead.

Problem is that both Bitdefender and X-Trap are a bitch when it comes to programs they don't know, in your case they are probably seeing eachother as a threat.
Can you make a hijackthis report and paste it here? You can get hijackthis from here: http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
