Usually its the other way around, whenever paranoia gets casted the opposite team shits their pants.

But i have been getting shit luck with Nocturne players, wish i had the screenshot but i had one laning and he was rushing Tiamat and his excuse was that "Tiamat was a good item on Noc" You have a built in Tiamat every ten seconds or less that HEALS YOU.

When I see paranoia I usually try remembering where my teammates are located on the minimap
so I can come and help them
during team fights we try sticking close so we can pick off nocturn

Is there a bush nearby?

if yes, walk into bush. Stop nocturne.

Is there a tower nearby?

if yes, hug tower and play ring around the rosie with him until he dies from turret aggro.

To be honest, I haven't had a problem against nocturne. Most of them are retarded. Especially this week since he's free. Ive seen some crazy ass nocturnes. Even AP nocturne. PS. He fed me 10 kills

I don't have an SS, but I managed a 15/4/9 victory with Sion.

I managed to get Berserker's Greaves, Trinity Force, Infinity Edge, Warmog's Armor, and Atma's Impaler. I got infinity edge in a little under 15 minutes going 5/0/4.

The damage a crittank Sion does is dirty. 197k damage dealt, 187 of it was physical.
