As soon as I release Ophelia's seal, a bunch of players that appear out of nowhere enter the stage.

The hand I offered as a gesture that I wanted to talk was reciprocated with the muzzle of a gun. I was forced to respond likewise. An eye for an eye after all.

We manage to take down a large number of enemies and are able to escape from Nightmare safely.

Did they attack because Ophelia was a virus? It's disappointing that they didn't give me the chance to explain that she's not a normal virus.

Suddenly, as I observe my surroundings, I become aware of the bizarre landscape that I hadn't noticed before.

On one side stood an old stone building that looked as if it might collapse at any moment, while on the other side I could see mechanical symbols strewn along the sides, giving off a futuristic vibe. The two themes from differing time periods that I never thought would go together were now striking a delicate balance in a single place.

What was even more disturbing was the the moon strung up like lights above some buildings.

I had no doubt in my mind that this black moon was the second moon, Luna-2. Instead of questioning why the moon wasn't in the sky and on the ground, it was a scene that brought to mind many other questions.

It was almost as if they were afraid the moon would escape. It lay there confined, bound in chains and fused with a mysterious rod.

I heed Ophelia's words without thinking twice and run atop the chains towards the moon.

I hear an strange noise, but this is no time to be distracted! I quickly pull out the mace skewering the moon and in its stead, I place the twin blades.

At that very moment, very thin streams of light begin to appear. Almost as if to consume everything around it, a large light shoots forth.
