EDIT: I had mis-interpreted one of the sentences. The hooded lady does not actually walk INSIDE the bell tower, however she walks toward it. The woman then stops right before the gate, and finds the young girl. This creates an illusion as to what the girl might be hiding (or preventing from escaping)

EDIT2: Some major changes:

- The article mentions the chained girl's name to be Ophelia, however we are not 100% sure.
- The two ladies seem to be in a fight, and Ophelia is losing
- The reason why the project was closed has been changed; the project was discontinued because S4 league began to form itself in the real world
- The Bell Tower has something to do with the Hooded Lady; something is inside that she wants. Thus, Ophelia is protecting the tower. This gives a clear indication that this may become Arcade Story 2 since it seems very similar to the first one (if one can recall helping the pink-haired chick)
- Near the end, Ophelia senses another person (after the hooded lady leaves) and asks this person to help her, granting the person's desires and dreams
