Winter Season Round 2 Sign-ups

Here's how it works: Players will get points determined by their ranking in the tournament. These points can go towards the Season Finals. If you manage to place high enough on the point ladder, you can participate.

We are not sure how many people will sign up for the tournament. But If we have alot of participants and new teams out there that want to play. We will split the tournament in two. One for the more advanced players, and one for the less advanced players. Rewards will go to the number 1 of each tournament. Sign-ups for Round 1 ends at Monday 24th of January.

Seventeenth through Twenty-fourth - 5 QP
Everyone else - 4 QP

NOTE**: Forfeits for not responding to your match thread or forced DQ's for not showing up will deduct 4 QP's. Normal forfeits (If you notify the opposing team or a judge) will not deduct QP's.

You need to be ranked Top 16 on the ladder to participate in the finals.

The guidelines for this tournament are very simple:

Pro League

1. Swiss Elimination Rules - Winner is two out of three in a Double Elimination bracket.
2. Each match must be scheduled and posted in its own Matchmaker thread before the weekend begins. If any problems arise when scheduling a match a judge will direct the teams in what to do.
3. Any clothing exceeding PEN stats is strictly prohibited.

• Any combination of items or lack there of that reach the cap is fine. As long as the total does not exceed PEN limits.
• If you intend to switch characters during a match, make sure a judge is aware of your setup so no surprises are done.
• Caught offenders will get a penalty against their team.
• In addition to this, players can only have:
  +3 Crit Defense Hair Max
  +4 Defense vs All Weapons Pants Max
  +3 Attack For All Weapons Shirt Max
  +4 HP Gloves/Shoes Max (+8 HP in total)
  +6 SP Accessories/Face Max (+12 SP in total)
  +1 Attack Weapons Max

4. A team is only allowed 2 installation weapons slots at any given time.
5. The mode for this tournament is Touchdown. 20 minute matches, 5 versus 5, balance off.
6. A judge must be present during your match. Judges randomly choose the maps that are played that round.
7. Hacker type weapons: Mind Energy and Mind Shock - Prohibited
Homing Rifle - Prohibited
8. The HP/SP dual skill is prohibited
9. If the finals are the same as the semi finals, with the same team, there is no reason to play again. The loser bracket is only for bad start pairing. So the semi-finals could be your finals aswel, if the loser of the semi finals, also loses the in the loser brackets, and there are 2 different teams, the finals will be played, if the loser of the semi final wins in the loser brackets, he will simple be second.
10. If there complains or suspicion about using AP shirt + defence pants, you are forced to buy the regular pen shirt. We suggest u just buy the pen shirt to avoid all this problems, cause we will find out if you are using AP items, and you will be banned from our tournaments

( Mini Jack O Lantern, Halloween Witch Head, Jack O Lantern, Master Intellectual, Cotton Cat Girl/Boy Cap, Western Girl/Boy Cap, Guardian Mask, Captain Guard Mask, Envy Ranger, Stardust Cap, Rudder Cap etc. )

Teams play their way into this bracket or are invited.

Some teams prefer it if you play with just the basic outfit that isnt in the AP shop, of course this is optional, but for some teams preferred.

Rookie League

**NOTE: If you signed up, but do not have your roster pasted in "Recruitment and Roster" by the 30th your matches will not count. Some extreme cases will lead to disqualification. Get it in!

Before we took a break, the latest Season was Winter and it was Round 1. No tournaments are being scrapped. I'm simply starting up sign-ups for the next round after a long hiatus.

I dont understand why dual mastery is prohibited.
its helpful and i dont see it as a hacker type skill.
also, even though its helpful its just same as sp mastery or hp.

Because this is an AP free tournament, and you can only get that skill with AP. Thus, it being prohibited.

It's for fairness's sake. Not everyone has access to that skill, so its prohibited for balance's sake.
