Concerning the HP/SP Dual Skill

We decided to ban the HP/SP Dual Skill for the current and upcoming tournaments.
The reason for this is pretty simple :

HP/SP Dual Skill can only get obtained by opening capsules. Capsules involve AP, AP involves money =[
Simple as that we encourage our players to play pen-style without obtaining AP, tho alot of people use AP and the reward is as well.

We just like to keep it balanced with the people that don't buy AP, and cant get skills that a normal AP user can.

Until its available in the pen-shop we are disallowing the use of this skill.
