This topic is for discussing the patch to come for S4 League. Please try to keep it civil and respectful of all players involved in the discussion. This patch is pretaining to: New SETS, Battle Royal, new kick function, and Coupon Shop. Details can be found here.

Coupon shop? Do want. And I thought the kicking function had something to do with a martial arts move being introduced in the character animation.

Let's see, new mode looks cool, new map looks HUEG, G-cap PS will be OP, kick system is likely to be abused but we'll see, sets aren't a surprise and I don't really like them and Coupon Shop is handy for those who have coupons.

Here's my two pence.

Battle Royal(e): Ive been waiting for this for ages, im not really a team player. I need to bring back my Lone-Wolf crap that i left behind. Points based? It will feel like Metal Gear Online... Maybe the player in first will be highlighted for everyone to hunt... @_@

Galleon: We had seen this map before in youtube but it was all in white, Maybe the next map for KS4 will be like, the city Square maps... or maybe the cage map seen ages ago. Thing with Galleon is that they can easily make it a Touch down or Team deathmatch map in ease. So we will see that happen in the future probery.

The Taser Deser Paser Sword: I dont like Plasma Swords, but thats pretty cool, This would make Travis Touchdown proud. Cant wait to see the Counter Sword and Bat G-caps.

The Coupon Shop: Hmmm... Well, these weapons might be even more powerful than AP+ items, But everyone can get them... Pen users will have a harder time since I-caps are pretty much 9K. But, These could be the awnser to our Perma item woes. Think about it.

New sets: Dont give much of a shit.

Vote Kick in game system: This will worry a few people, me included. Now 200 pen to kick? It isnt bad but there could be arguements about who's going to spend the 200 pen. Those PEN locked but still playing arnt going to attempt the kick, nor will someone trying to save up dosh, but a moneybags person could kick anyone they wanted if they had the agreement with everyone else. But it being a 80% of the room requirement, Maybe those who piss people off with the Counter Sword are safe while those who hack arnt? 5 kicks to get booted off the game is... well... At least ban them for 15 minutes.

Now thank your lucky stars that if the host leaves the game doesnt instantly end or we could have been seeing "DO WHAT I SAY OR I END GAME" games.

Metallic Skill: Who's who like Armor Lock will fancy this. This will mean its coming to EU/NA.

Is the Spy Knife past the Beta testing phase too?

That i wouldnt know, But i guess it would. It feels like it. But as i said, i havent been on KS4 so i could be shooting out blanks.

It just makes sense, The coupons are pretty hard to get, People have been begging for Perma items to come back. So wouldnt collecting Coupons from G/I-caps in the long run reward you with a very important Perma item of your choice?

Um um... Maybe they'll give out a +5 or +6 weapon? I guess we have to wait and see.

The 200 PEN is probably not to make it abusable. Not all people have common sense, hence why an high percentage to kick and a price is needed. And no, the host leaving doesn't make the game end and the Spy Dagger isn't past Beta test too.

G-cap looks awesome, map looks fun, BR mode might be fun, coupon shop and kick function looks ok, and don't care for the sets. Looks like a good patch.

As much as I fear the thought of G capsule Melee weapons, I must admit that the Plasma sword looks better then I ever thought it would. The CS G capsule better be a traditional Sword and Shield though.

Oh and I guess they're saving G capsule Sentries for last.

We're not too sure on this. I'm guessing that you won't, since you were kicked and it wasn't leaving on purpose...but you never know
