Whatever format you want is acceptable as long as it's not grainy video :P
Preferabbly FLV/AVI/WMV. If you need to upload a video for download, then try to keep the video size down (not really efficient to answer 10 second 300mb vids)
I'd advise 2.5-3.0 Mbps bit rate for quality and Frame size of at least 640X480. That way I there's quality video and decent window size.

Got another one:

*-DeathLegend-* and death-zeatop Both were using one hit kill hacks. I got a video of *-DeathLegend-* doing about 116 damage with a single semirifle shot that wasn't even a crit. I don't have any actual proof of death-zeatop other then the name similarities, but just watch out for him. These two need to get banned before they get to semi-pro.

There's a fine line between "just kidding" and serious hacking intent; seeing as he's asking about the item manager and intends to use it, it's the same as him asking users for hacks.

I've seen, and heard reports about, no hackers post-maintenance, aside from item hackers. Haruto's been dealt with too btw.

Well, I´ve also caught many lvl 21 freeze hackers, but it´s not worth reporting them. I stick to reporting rather higher lvled people =/.

He/she is wearing normal equips now cause of this public report. It's not very bright to report someone in this thread while half of his/her club is on this board aswell. Next time just make a ticket and we will take proper action. Also, seems lots of high lvl ranked (40+) are using this itemmanager, I'm scouting them down one by one right now. Would be a great help if you could contact me or made a ticket if you have a suspect. You can either PM me here or ingame if you see anybody wearing nothing in the clublist. Do note though that not all of them are using itemmanager so we'd need more proof then just a picture of him/her wearing nothing in the clublist. Thanks guys. :)

Nessa, what more proof would need to be provided? Also, I don't really care if he doesn't get banned; just as long as he stops using item manager. Lastly, I'll be more then glad to help you out catching these item hackers, I'll give you a PM if I ever find a suspect~

Uh... that media tag won't work... you're trying to link a file which is located on your hard drive... you'll have to upload the video somewhere.

Also, you can't register more than one account per email address, so that idea is as good as gone. :V
