Okay, this is more of a discussion as I hadn't seen any of them in any section of the forum. Clearly, the game is very new to us english speaking players and without any Korean translations, we're left to fend for ourselves.

So, why don't we share what we've learned about certain items so that we can understand the game better. I'll start off with a few things that I noticed and things I'd like to know.

1. The Gauntlet:

In my opinion, it's the greatest melee weapon to date. A description of the weapon, for those that don't know, is a prong-like blade and a huge gauntlet. Unlike the sword, where you can click and slash over and over again, this weapon accelerates the person forward after each attack. The attack string ends at the third attack which lags a lot and makes you start again.

As the tutorials might have shown you, Space + L.Click makes you do the special move. You aim and go crashing down towards the ground. When you land, you click again and make an energy gauntlet come flying out of the ground. It's got decent power, but the thing is hard to aim (unlike the sword's arc swing which does just about the same thing. You can also do the gauntlet move by holding down the L.click. This allows you to combo in from one advancing slash into the other. For example, opponent A is in front of me and I start the first attack. Right after the first attack, I can hold the button down and send him sprawling away. You can switch to your guns from there and take them out.

The R.click is a little tricky. First, lets explain what it does. The R.Click button makes the person swing their gauntlet weapon in front of them like a shield. This is not so. I repeat: This does NOT prevent damage as far as I know. The real use for that is melee versus melee. Your opponent swings and you defend. When you defend, your opponent gets stunned and you can immediately start beating the crap out of them. This is good when you're expecting to get nailed and you want to turn the tables. I've not used it as often, but to my knowledge, there's no lag after you block so you can immediately rip them apart.

The hardest part of the weapon is aiming. As the normal attack string makes you advance, it's easy to miss your opponent. It's also easy for you to get put in a really bad situation; an example being an opponent starts firing their revolver weapon at your back and pushes you farther away while preventing you from getting in closer. You probably just wasted a life there.

2. What I'd like to know.

Does ANYONE know how to use the other socials? As you level, you get new actions you can do with the E command, but I don't know how you do them. I'd really appreciate it if someone could show me how.

I'm pretty much just trying to get my character to dance and such but none of my key commands does it. Its really irritating me but its really not that important, I guess.

Yea, I know. It irritates me when the Korean players are doing all of these really cool socials, but we can only do the first ten. ;-;

An addition to AIR DASHING, its also a way to get out of stuns from melee weapons. A really simple tactic i use is.. if you have no melee weapons and a "Mind Shock" you can spam A/D+SPACE while loosely aiming at the opponent to counter, then after you get your distance, take out your machine gun or rapid fire weapon to finish them off.

To be honest, I have yet to see anyone actually get clobbered with the Storm Bat as of yet. I'm still waiting to hear that "CLICK" sound after bashing someone's head in with it.

XD I run away from people who use a bat. One of our players has a melee build using the invisible skill. I've been clobbered by it because it's so much damage at one time. Really hate that.

hold the L.click => blow attack ( melee )
when we blow s.one Bang on the Wall , they would die sooner , dynamic kill ( plasma sword > stun => blow on the wall =>....... you'll see , hear a sound "CROOOP ! " opss... that gotta hurt man.... ) , give tgem more bullet , then god comes and take them away,,,,
all melee attack do critical hit
a hit by range weapons at head makes critical hit

Something I just noticed with the storm bat (I'm not sure if you guys have) but on the spinning combo (right click)... If you time it properly and click after each swing... you get this air aura thing... I wonder if this knocks them back instead of just deal damage to them...?

I was having a melee duel with Reiki and noticed that it is possible, with split-second perfect timing, to use a wall jump on boxes and propel yourself forward (ie: Neden ver 1, over the sewer) an incredible distance.
