Honestly I'm kinda scared and excited :o. Is patch 11 gonna fix the missions, text, and lag (I still got that darned frame lag)?

Ok so I haven't updated my S4 yet, and seeing what's on the forums is scaring me. Has ping lag gotten worse? Is frame lag still abominable? Is all text still white? Have the missions been fixed yet? Have the repair prices been lowered? Will I get a giant black mug for a head!? I hate to sound like a parrot or something, but I gotta know... o_o;;;
