What I gather from what Reiki said was, no that wont matter depending on the severity of it. In our game against Shibusen Skylocker's lag was tollerable during station 1 and 2 because he couldn't really do anything from what I could see.

Station 2 he just had infinite sp/hp but died after a minute of shooting.
Station 1 I didn't see him, only frozen in place in his base.
Temple He was frozen in place in his base but killing people and getting TD's. He couldn't be seen.

So the severity of it depends, the first two matches weren't too extreme, but once temple hit he was a lag killing machine.
