What i did was I listed each club on a third party site (http://challonge.com/) and from there I hit randomize seeds and it randomized it as is. I didn't want to post the original site cause it looked a bit messy so all I did was crop the image to remove the ads and posted the actual bracket. 100% Random whether you guys believe me or not ;).

Well just follow the bracket, as soon as the first round finishes. 1,2,3,4 play against the first round winners and so on.

Well I originally wanted to set times myself. Like I said these first few tournaments are like trial runs so we can work out the kinks and one of them have already popped up. Its one of the most obvious things to do. Record club availabilities!. So it everyone who hasn't already spoke to me post here with their times in GMT time that would be great. Then I can arrange the matches with the appropriate judges thanks!

Our time zone is Gmt+1
-> we are available from 17:00 pm to uhmm maybe 2 or 3 am maybe more maybe less, depend on the day
