Any help on translating it and making any sense?

You need two forms of ID, one of which has to be a passport. What its saying is that it needs time to process. For one, they need to clear your ID and make sure it's legit.

Wait wait wait.

You do not need a ID that matches a KSSN because unless you live in Korea you should not HAVE a KSSN. You just need YOUR ID and passport, no KSSN is required.

Yes he knows Korean because hes been playing with the korean people and has not got ban that is why I keep secret about my account so it could not get bann- Woops I left out that information time for me to run ^_^ ''
