Hey Guys, here is a few pointers you guys are gonna have to know to signup for these tournaments. Obviously this sub-forum is the section you will be signing up. Essentially this is how it works, I need you guys to follow this format:

Club name and who to contact (With contact info. Preferably MSN/AIM/EMAIL) for match changes/updates/questions/concerns.

Why do we require it when we already put that info in "The Source" sub-forum?

It may well be the same person. We just want to make sure whoever is going to be your representative is going to be active enough to respond back to our updates or comments regarding matches/whatever. The more communication there is, the smoother the tournaments can run.

So do we make a new topic regarding applying for the tournament?

Please do not. We, the s5 staff, will make the topic regarding the tournament. You then reply in that topic with the format listed above. That way we can handle this appropriately and not create a hectic mess.

Thats basically it for now. This topic will be updated as we further progress if needed.
