FAQ
Why should we post in these forums?
These forums were created for verification purposes. It allows us to make sure clubs are playing their matches with club members and not randoms. We want to create fair play and this would be the easiest way of doing so. Make sure when you post in these forums you follow the format exactly. If you have nothing to set in one of the fields (ex: Advertisements), just leave that specific field out.
What does each recruitment status mean?
-Open = Recruitment is open, players can apply in the respective forums
-Closed = Recruitment is closed, club is not recruiting
-Invite-Only = Recruitment is open but on a invite-only basis meaning clubs will ask you if you want to join, not vice-versa.
Why must we keep our rosters updated on a timely basis?
Because when we begin the tournaments, we want to make sure clubs aren't submitting more than 1 team for each tournament. So during the tournament matchup, judges will be verifying your team with the members listed in this topic. Once the tournament has begun the roster cannot change. If a member is not listed under this roster page they will not be accepted as a legitiamate club member therefore forcing your team to aquire a verified club member.
What is the difference between the Source Tower | Recruitment and Roster & Style Plaza | S4 League Clubs forums?
Basically the Source Tower is an area where you cannot reply to topics [IE. Applying for a club]. It is there for club leaders to post information [Format listed above] about their club. It also is for clubless members to be able to review clubs, rosters, recruitment status, and advertisement to give them a better judgement of to which club they want to apply for.
So what if we want to apply for a club. Where should we post?
Well if you want to apply for a club, you can click the link to their recruitment topic or you can speak to the club leader directly. Whichever method is prefered by the club and the player itself.
So what if the club disbands or becomes inactive?
Well we at S5 want to keep the most updated list possible so we're regularly deleting topics from clans that have remained inactive for too long.
Why don't you allow teams to post their own Roster and edit it themselves?
Due to a lot of abuse from teams in our tournament, we have become more strict with roster editing. You will now need to send a PM to NoctiS should you want to edit your roster.
- You are a new Clan and want to participate in the Tournament? PM NoctiS with the List of players you want to have in your team, as well as who is supposed to be the Clan-Leader.
Here's a form you just need to edit to fit your specific needs :

If you need to edit your roster Mid-tournament, you'll now need a legitimate reason. With 15 people, you should have more than enough to play and should anticipate who will be available in the next 3-4 weeks. The form to use to request a roster change is located below, send it to NoctiS. Legitimate reasons could be the following: Less than 5 players, including substitutes are not available for a match (need atleast 3 days notice), someone recently has been banned or removed from the tournament, or after postponing a match due to lack of players.
Please use this form whenever you need to edit your Roster:
