Just got a few things to tell you guys about what's changing Korean S4 League this month. Trust me, you're gonna step back. Literally!

Well here you are! A new clothing line has just hit the market. We're stepping back 20 years to the 1980's in Korea where boys wore military fatigue for their Military Highschool class and girls wore cute black uniforms.

Named both the "Retro Highschool Look" you're going to love it. The only difference is that the trousers are named "Military Highschool Trousers". It's a rough translation, but expect Paul Moon to be on the scene to correct the grammer!

So it's here, finally! S4 League now is allowing station 2 to be available for practice mode. You can face off against sentries while also getting a good feel for the popular map in the most recent patch. Hope you enjoy it, 'cause it's going to be a blast!

Clothing repair costs have been decreased

It's not for certain how much they've been decreased, but seeing as Pentavision has been keeping an eye on the EU S4 League's development as well as the complaints from KR, they've finally lowered the repair costs for clothes. By how much, it's not for certain, but keep that in mind when bug fixes come towards the EU Division. Hurray for more affordable clothes!!!

Handgun accuracy decreased

Self explanatory, but the values are still a mystery. We'll have to wait for the actual patch to figure it all out, but keep that all in mind when you're playing. The Handgun was pretty ridiculous, but this will even out the balance.

Glitch fixed: Granade Gun to the spawn point!

Well, it seems a glitch that allowed people to throw grenades into the opponent's sector has been fixed. This bug is actually very dangerous so I for one am glad its been fixed.

S4 League has gotten a new patch in Korea. Please check the latest GM talk translations to grab all the content. The patch is only 5.66 MBs with a lot of resource changes and just one notice. Well, that's it for now, so get out there and show me your S4!

Anyway as everyone is aware of the thing, there might be many things coming in and such
but the catch of this is GM talk is that. You as the user get to vote one of the 4 things

- New game mode
- New weapon and skills
- New map
- New Clothing and accessories

To be honest, I don't know whats getting updated since they clearly listed these options for the users to decide
and the fact that, they say. Next week they will have another GM Talk to finish it off.

Well that's that. Nothing much. In detail the picture consist of a story that might bring a story mode kind of option into play.

Subject: New GM Talk (S4 Times 2)

Hello everyone, Reiki here.

As we're following the event for the S4 Times series, we're finding new and exciting things coming to the game all the way up till the 4th of December when all of this gets decided and implemented on. It's very interesting to see all of these characters in the game as well as new clothes, weapons, maps, and such. However, there hasn't been an official announcement as to what's coming, but here's something to chew on while the translation is being worked on.

Next week, they'll show a clip of some sort that shows what is the 'problem' is. The 4 characters on the screen shot seems to be an importance as they start talking about them. Perhaps thats what the new clothes, accessories and weapons might be. So, yea, that's about it!

Subject: New GM Talk/S4 League down Time

Good morning everyone, Reiki here.

Just wanted to let everyone know that in Korea, today is the one year anniversary of S4 League being launched! Hurray! To celebrate that, they are introducing a new mode to the public called Arcade mode. Obviously it has a lot of very interesting features noticeable by the GM Talk available here.

We'll have someone translate it and get all the content as soon as possible because it's going to be a looong wait. Almost 11 hours from 8:00 AM to be exact so here's the breakdown:

S4 League will be down from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon in Korea Standard Time. What's that in our terms. Well, that's 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST or 6:00PM to 10:00PM EST. Due to past history with Pentavision and patches for the Korean Division, I wouldn't count on anything earlier. I'd encourage everyone who can play to expect and extra hour of delays. Thanks in advance and enjoy the day.

Huge update on the Korean division as people are aware of

The installment of arcade mode is a go, not gonna really touch on that since people are well aware of the subject
However, there are other things that popped up along with the arcade mode. The reason why the update is so huge is because its been 1 year since the open beta testing as of Dec. 04 08

Event 1. Roulette! run? spin!

basically this is a roulette type game, where you win 100% chance. To play this event game, you need pumbi coins. To obtain the coins you must do the one or all of the following

- You gain one for logging into the game
- You gain one for playing one death match
- You gain one for playing touchdown

The instruction on playing this game is first you must be logged into the website and follow the link

Hope everyone's having a fabulous week. School's been pretty rough the first couple of days as well as work, so my apologies for not being as attentive as I usually am. Enough about me! On to the goodies!

New clothes: Valentine's day costume!

Not much to say here, but these clothes look pretty cool. I'd like to see somebody wavedash with that frilly skirt on though, it'd be a sight to watch pink flying all over the place. There seems to be a new hair line for men to go with it, but it's no new face this time. When we get the official name for it, this section will be editted.

New Weapon: Melee to long range in a shield?!

Well, if you thought Pentavision was out of ideas, you're justly proved wrong. This weapon looks awesome, and beyond a shadow of a doubt, original to boot. As you can see, this weapon is not a weapon; it's actually shield. From a design standpoint, you'd wonder where the long range comes from. Wouldn't that be overpowered and out of this world? Then again, you have swords that make you dash at the speed of light and fists that cause energy to come out of the ground...Anyway, moving along!

The shield does not look like it's completed, but the functions are defined in the picture above. At close range, it can smack an opponent with a horizontal attack. The shield can also shoot projectiles out of the front side where there's a detachable section. The distance isn't clear, but this shows it's not just a melee weapon. This might be very powerful so look to see testing videos in the future.

For now, we'll call it "77 Shield" till there's an official name. <- more like rape shield (Paul)

*Breaking news* There will be 2 more new maps and other "interesting" things. i.e more boom stick. Another function would be added to the Korean S4 league as people have been waiting for the cash items. Basically cash items are obviously pay cash get item that is bit more powerful, but in S4 league it will have near same stats and power as of the Pumbi shop.

Today's a brand new day for S4 League news and excitement, but you know, there's some bad news here too. Can't have some good without some bad, but S4 League sports fans will be excited to hear that things are moving along with our favorite game. I'm feeling a little better too so that's good news. Anyway, on with the GM Talk

New weapon revealed: Smash Rifle

Its dominance of both worlds shines through. This shield's beasty abilities are shown in demonstration pictures. It seems to have two attacks, but for an S4 League weapon, it's more than enough to be interesting. The numbers on the shield can be 77 or 44 as far as have been revealed.The first attack is a vicious backhanded swing. There's no speed on it just yet, but there's definitely strength in it. The back hand melee attack of the shield is like the storm bat. Aside from that, there aren't many properties visible from the spoiler pictures. The next ability is a small rifle attached to the end. It's almost reminiscent of Gundam Wing's Buster Shield. Be like a gundam and mow down your enemies with surprisingly accurate bullets.

This weapon combines distance and proximity attacks for a deadly coverage game. A melee weapon just isn't a melee weapon anymore. It will be released as a five hour weapon.

Adios Vital Shock: Discontinued until further notice

It was too good to be true, but this is heavy news, sportsfans. The Vital Shock initiative has fallen and the item will go into discontinuation. It will go off the market because of balancing issues the team has had with the weapon. Pentavision still says they'll keep it in mind, but it's looking pretty bad. Here's what one employee of Pentavision had something to say about this weapon.

"We've really enjoyed the project and really like the Vital Shock, but development has been SO hard."

Mania channel gets a PEN lift: 20%

According to the S4 League GM talk, a the mania channel is going to receive a 20% boost.

Weapon reload time reduction

Sub machine gun, Semi-Rifle, and Gauss-Rifle has its reload time reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds

Arcade mode difficulty reduced

The arcade mode difficulty will be reduced to help the new players enjoy the arcade mode and the story behind it as well as for the existing user to have more ease to get into it.

Valentine's Day Costumes get some Pumbi Shop colors!

Just as it says, the Pumbi shop's gonna start passing out some nice additions to its clothing line. The Valentine's day costumes will be available, but they'll have different schemes for them. This is the single most confusing moment in my life. Pentavision is plotting something and I don't know what. I can see in the picture that that's a scythe that one of those drawings has. Maybe it's development of a scythe melee weapon. I DON'T KNOW AND IT'S GONNA DRIVE ME BATTY! Translations will come soon, but this looks like it's gonna be big!

Paul - I was too lazy to photoshop this because, I only got notified of this thing like 30 min before work so I did it quick time. If I need to I will try and use photoshop and fix up the translation a little more. Until then this is all you got
