Say is there like any good "Arcade Shooter Style Games" for Android Phones? Games such as DoDonPachi or Espgaluda II. Anything that is full version I guess. Let me know ;D?

Did you have say "touhou" game? It would be more accurate to call it by its genre, danmaku or bullet hell game.

But hey, there is an early fanmade beta game for it.
