Gift system won't work for me Tried everything

I even used the list to select his name instead of just typing it out. but to no avail.

Just tryna be generous and gift a STOOPID CAT and it won't work? any reason why it may not be working for me?


btw it just says " Receiver not found"

you can't gift if you uploaded AP by paypal, credit, or debit. I think it either won't let you, or you get banned for a month for doing it so ppl can't gift and then cancel charge on the CC.

Its a 28 day ban until u can use that AP for gifting soo its either wait or use ur cc/paypal to buy UGCs online or etc
