Me and a friend of mine was playing for fun but then I started to notice some lag but he didn't believe me, do you see lag? (I recommend time 0:06 and 2:28 if you're trying to speed it up.)

If you guys don't see lag, then stop imagining that this is an offline console or a LAN party. It's the internet. Of course there will be some latency. The amount of latency in a p2p game is determined by both players' internet speed AND ping.

From the looks of the video. There was very little latency, so it shouldn't be a big deal. It's not noticeable when you get hit. It's more noticeable when you hit someone else. Why is that? Because you have to wait until they download the fact that you have made a hit. Then once they have the data, it will finally animate for both players. Kinda make sense?

Just remember that it's the internet. Latency is normal.

He's from US, and I don't lag or have any latency to him, but he has it to me lol.

It would be better to compare if both of you recorded then played both recordings in synchronization side by side.
