yeah remember when my deathadder broke? this time my g500's cable is shitting out on me more and more frequently to the point where doing normal computer things is near impossible, and i'll inevitably have to replace it. i've been weighing down the cable to keep it from cotorting, which helps, but it still disconnects like five times every half hour, more frequently when i'm playing games since i'm moving the mouse so much.

my top option is the g700 since it's really similar to the g500 and the cable can be replaced, plus it has a wireless option if i ever need something like that. since it's black friday soon i can probably get it off amazon for relatively cheap, if not best buy or something. is there anything else you guys can recommend? if it's permanently wired, please make sure it doesn't have a history of breaking.

right now i'm using some crappy apple wireless mouse with a SLOOOOW response time since the g500 is so unreliable. >_____>

(woops just realized this was in the wrong section)

Been using a Logitech USB mouse since February and it's beautiful so far
And I've been unplugging it and carrying it with me a lot of places and I'm not exactly a careful person so I would call it pretty durable and dependable

They're relatively cheap, durable, and perform great
If you're on a budget I highly recommend it

If you can splurge a bit more I'd go for a Razer mouse
In my experience it's not as durable (meaning I'd have to be a bit more careful, but again I am a rough mother fucker on my equipment so it should still be great for anyone who isn't a brute), but even then my last mouse was a Razer and that lasted me many years

-edit-
Specifically I have the Logitech M110 USB mouse

one thing, i'm particular about gaming mice and being able to adjust DPI and all that stuff, so i was looking for a gaming mouse, not just an everyday one.

deathadders seem to have a pretty high probability to be defective; i know 4 other people who have had their deathadder hardware die, so it's out of the question for me.

do you guys know anything about steelseries mice?

If they are defective you can send them back to Razer and get a free replacement mouse.

Because it'S one of the best gaming mice available and you can get it as cheap as 35$/€ , there really isn't any reasoning not to buy it,unless you need a mouse with macros.
