Is it me, or is there some kind of bug?? I can't send whispers to people, nor can I press F1 and reply back. It's frustrating sometimes.

My whisper system stopped working two patches ago.

To me it's like this : I can only whisper people I have on some list or who have me on some list, as in friends,clan,combi.

Sometimes other people too, depending on my location, like in the lobby or ingame, but I haven't quite figured that out yet.

It's so fucked up, like seriously.

It occasionally happens to me. It's been doing that ever since that whole revamp.
Of course, it's going to be a while (if ever) before it gets fixed... and we all know why.

For me it works, kind nice.

I can reply to a whisper, but i can't whisp sum1 no matter what, if he/she is in a list, at the same channel, lobby... the "to <nick here>:" thing doesn't work anymore :/
