If you are suffering from lag issues from that last patch please follow these steps.

On the launcher so to settings and untick "Allow Peer to Peer Transfer".

If you are playing in a game and are lagging, go to task manager > process tab and look for PMB.exe. This is the Pando Media Booster program and the patch has caused it to activate randomly and upload information to anyone with Peer to Peer Transfer on. Note that anyone with this on, doesn't have to be you, will cause this to activate.

Normally when i get fps lag after a patch it means a file corrupted during patching and i need to repatch it.

The fact I disappear for months and come back for no reason doesn't help at all.

This is ping issues, not fps. PMB.exe likes to upload information by the bucketload if peer to peer is on.
