RECORDING WITH VOICE

how do you get your own voice to record if your recording with skype on? it records the other people talking but not mine, how do u include urself?

Usually you need to enable recording your mic somewhere in the settings, depends on what you're using to record actually.

What are you recording with? Make sure you set your recording program to record your mic too, and not just the sound output from your computer.

As posted above, there should be an option to record through your mic. (with Fraps it also changes depending on what OS you're using)
Generally you need to have stereo mix on as well (in volume options -> recording)

you bench like 300 + pounds. you record yourself doing that, then playing s4. i will then be speechless and amazed.

If you've got windows 7 and stereo mix, there's am option on the recording devices menu when you right click stereomix that will set it to default communication device. That will enable you to record through your mic and your computer.

If there's issues with people on skype hearing your game and such, another method is to use your video or audio editor to record your mic as you are recording with Fraps.
This method is ghetto but helps when you are in a bind. The professional way to do it is to use virtual audio cable to seperate the line for the skype mic options.
