i tend to stay in one room and sit there for a good 5 minutes kicking hordes of rookies

then after that usually keep the games filled with friends and clannies, havent seen a hacker in a few weeks

the room ban thing is really nice cuz when u see some rookie with a 6 td rate pop in u just boot and dont get room camp reentered

Also, I don't have friends or clannies on S4. Don't have a choice but to pub.

like paradise said, create your own room and filter through the rookies, or join a room of someone you know (whether or not they're a friend) that will. thanks to room ban, having a hacker in your room anymore is almost always your own fault.

i haven't really seen many hackers the last month... like... 2 or 3... and one of th was even talking...
though there was that one week where every room joined was filled with nothing but EG's...
... and then there's all the room i've been randomly kicked out of just after joining... i dunno why...

Are you serious? The game has hackers. It isn't the fault of the people who download and use them or even the people who aren't fixing the game but.. the fault of the people who didn't do anything wrong. Don't be ridiculous.

Anyway, when I log in once in a blue moon and want to jump into a random room, I don't want to find a hacker there (and I especially don't want someone blaming me for it). Paradise has massive playtime and name and icon recognition so his advice on "make a room and wait for cool people to join" ain't workin for everybody. I mean, I'd love to sit around in an empty lobby waiting for people to join so that over time I refill my friend list and after several matches I can have a good thing going (assuming no one leaves) but that ain't happening and I expect that it ain't unreasonable.

I hardly see any hackers since most of my rooms are just for people I know (PEN Only, invite), but I must admit It was fun seeing a sentry shoot fireballs through a wall.

If you've been around this game for three fucking years, you should know exactly how hackers are never properly dealt with, and that it's very likely you'll find one if you join a random room. At this point, it starts to become your fault when you can't seem to comprehend the simple fact that you either need to find a way to deal with them yourself or simply quit the game. Of course, judging by your post, you already know how to deal with it, but you can't seem to wait 3 minutes to fill up a room. That is your choice, and by joining a random room instead, you understand that it's liable to be filled with hackers.

Also, let me say that I don't have a pro rank account, and I know probably one fucking person who still plays this game, not that I even play with him that much. I can still start up a room and fill it up in 3 minutes with people who aren't dumbasses or hackers. Your only excuse is that you're an impatient little bitch.

I'm surprised to see you're in a similar boat with how many people you know in the game and maybe Paradise's advice isn't as narrow as I implied. That said, my point is that the game is lame because people are hacking and there isn't enough being done to stop it. It's a really odd and seemingly awkward angle though where you blame hacking in a game on the people who are playing legit. That is what irks me. Like, out of everyone involved, those who make the game, those who make hacks, those who use hacks, you.. seem to have voiced a contempt for those who are playing legit?

Don't you just sometimes wanna log in, not worry about hackers, and join a random game in progress. Maybe you only have like 15 free minutes to play. You want to have a good time. And sometimes I've done that and it's 4 different rooms with a hacker in a row. And that is a buzzkill.

You say that as if you have the slightest amount of hope that hackers will have a change of heart and stop hacking or that Alaplaya or Pentavision will suddenly decide to do something about the situation. It should be clear to you by now that this game only changes for the worse. If you know that and yet still decide to play the game, then yes, it is your fault. The situation will not change by itself. You can either do something about it yourself, or you can deal with it and play (or quit).

It's not that I don't blame the hackers or the incompetent fucks that run this game. I just stopped believing that either of them would change for the better.

As for me, I come into contact with hackers in random time periods: I can play a few days or weeks without seeing any, but then I will suddenly get like 5 hackers in a row. They're really annoying, so I know how you feel, Pie! =3=

Also, my win ratio is quickly sinking furthermore into the pits with every RQ. :c

also my advice as styx said wouldnt work for people who play alone most of the time. though my rank or recognition doesn't really have anything to do with it, in fact back when there was a lobby hackers would stalk my rooms just so they can go herpakfkinderp i ruined s1s game
main reason why i like new g.u.i finaly have a little privacy
but really at this point as uninstall said its either deal with it or quit sadly, nothing you can do about it cept either hop in an active clan, get a ton of friends. or stop playing
