It's a thousand time easier to find like-minded individuals that are good but not anal about stupid shit than it is to build a team using the word "elitist." At least to me, elitist are usually assholes that are too busy smelling their own farts to bother with anyone slightly worst than them. They tend to blame everyone except themselves. At least in my experience.

Part of what makes teams special is dealing with the cards you have. there is no team, professional or not, that does not have a skill level difference amongst it's players. The trick is to play your team in accordance to its strengths.
